Service Description

This workshop is designed for experienced security professionals who already operate in high risk environments and require a higher level of judgement, control, and accountability when physical intervention becomes unavoidable. The focus is not on collecting techniques, but on when, why, and how to intervene safely and lawfully under pressure. Participants examine pre-incident indicators, escalation points, team roles, and environmental factors that influence the outcome of physical encounters. Emphasis is placed on decision making under stress, positioning, balance disruption, control, and disengagement, rather than domination or punishment. Legal context is central throughout. Use of force is framed around necessity, proportionality, and aftermath, including injury risk, reporting, and professional scrutiny. The psychological and physiological effects of adrenaline, fatigue, and tunnel vision are addressed so participants understand performance limitations and risk exposure during real incidents. Physical content is controlled, pressure tested, and risk managed, designed to reflect realistic resistance without unnecessary harm. Scenarios are contextual, focusing on restraint, control, team intervention, and safe resolution rather than prolonged confrontation. This workshop is suitable for door supervisors, security teams, and professionals who require advanced capability while maintaining high professional and legal standards.
