  • On class Registration form if under 18 and above contact name and number of guardian or family member or friend (This is held in case of fire evacuation or if the attending student gets injured or passes out).

  • Photography and video for use on Facebook and FendoUK promotional materials e.g. banner stands, posters, flyers, website & Whatsapp and e-shots.
