Service Description
Fendo UK anti-bullying workshops focus on behaviour, power dynamics, and decision making, not slogans or tick box assemblies. These sessions address what bullying actually is, why it happens, and how it is reinforced through behaviour, silence, and social response. Participants learn to recognise different forms of bullying: physical, verbal, social, and online, and understand the roles played by perpetrators, targets, and bystanders. The emphasis is on early recognition, boundary setting, confident communication, and seeking the right support, rather than retaliation or victim blaming. Workshops explore the emotional and psychological impact of bullying, helping young people understand stress responses, fear, shame, and how these can affect behaviour and self-esteem. Practical strategies are taught for handling confrontation, reducing attention from bullies, and making safer choices in school and social environments. Delivery is age appropriate, structured, and engaging, with clear expectations and realistic messaging. Content is adapted for schools, youth groups, and community settings, supporting existing safeguarding policies and reinforcing personal responsibility and respect. These workshops aim to reduce harm, increase awareness, and give young people practical life skills for navigating conflict and social pressure safely.
