Service Description

Fendo's anti-bullying workshops have been proven to have a positive impact on the lives of those who have suffered the impacts of bullying. On the workshop, candidates will experience true empowerment and gain an understanding of the issues of bullying and how to master them. Included within the sessions are: * Personal safety and self defence * Verbal commands * Building confidence * Understanding the bully * Why am I bullied? * Cyber-bullying * Positive psychology
