NEW STUDENT BO
THE FENDO UK COMPENDIUM OF SELF PROTECTION
THIS ISN’T JUST ANOTHER SELF PROTECTION BOOK.
It represents more than 30 years of experience, knowledge, training and research, brought together into one comprehensive volume.
Two years in the making.
30+ years of experience behind it.
Written, researched and developed from my own knowledge and experience.
Built around real world self protection, awareness, behaviour, conflict and survival.
This is the Fendo UK Compendium of Self Protection.
Despite being called a student handbook, it’s so much more than that. It's a substantial reference work exploring the principles, mindset, knowledge and practical realities of self protection. Inside you'll discover material covering:
Awareness & threat recognition
Human behaviour & recognising intent
Conflict & de-escalation
Personal safety & risk reduction
Self protection principles
Mindset & decision making
Real world scenarios and lessons
Training, discipline & personal development
Survival & protecting yourself and others
This isn't something that was thrown together in a few weeks. Two years of work has gone into this book. Every chapter, concept and piece of information has been developed from decades of experience, continued learning, research and practical understanding of self protection. The knowledge, experience, research, structure, philosophy and content have been developed by me over more than three decades, then painstakingly brought together over the last two years to create something I genuinely believe is worth owning. The result is a book designed to be read, studied, revisited and used as a long term reference.
Whether you're a Fendo student, a martial artist, someone interested in personal safety, or simply someone who wants to understand more about the realities of self protection…
There’s something in these pages for you.
