CALM ATTACKERS CAN BE MORE DANGEROUS

One of the biggest mistakes people make when assessing danger is believing that the loudest person in the room is automatically the most dangerous. Hollywood has conditioned people to think violence always looks explosive, emotional, aggressive, and obvious, but in reality, some of the most dangerous people you’ll ever encounter are completely calm. In fact, calm attackers are often far more dangerous than emotional ones because emotional aggression can at least give you warning signs. Shouting, pacing, chest puffing, swearing, emotional outbursts, and visible rage create noise. They create signals. They tell you something is building internally, but calm aggression is different. Calm aggression often arrives quietly, controlled, focused, emotionally contained, and because of that, many people completely fail to recognise the danger until it’s too late.
