UNDERSTANDING MEANS,OPPORTUNITY & INTENT

This course equips students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to assess threats effectively and respond appropriately in self defence situations within the framework of UK law. By understanding the principles of means, opportunity, and intent and applying them in accordance with UK legislation and jurisprudence, students will be better prepared to protect themselves and others while upholding legal and ethical standards. Through practical application and case studies, students will develop the competence and resilience needed to navigate self defence scenarios with confidence and clarity of judgment within the parameters of UK law.
